Xu Liu, MSc, BS has 15 years of experience in the areas of Software Architecture, System Design, UML Design, Native and Hybrid Mobile App development, and implementation in Public Transit and Public Health. Xu has actively worked with IBI Group Mobile Team for many years and finished several software services and software application revolutions, including designing and implementing the mobile management system to dynamically create mobile apps, integrating efficient software workflow, building end-to-end encryption/decryption between the distribution system and mobile apps, completing 3D scanning utility tool and so on.

Bini is a Registered Architect in Ontario with 20+ years of experience in project management and delivery. She holds a Master’s degree from Carleton University. Over the years, she has built an extensive portfolio working on large, multi-stakeholder, big-budget projects in Canada, the UAE and India. Bini believes in an inclusive approach whether it has to do with successfully solving complex architectural problems, meeting client needs or managing high-quality deliverables.

Ahmed Ahmed is an Associate Manager in Architecture and has over 15 years of experience working on a variety of developments and building typologies. Most recently he has been involved in the design of a number of complex High Rise residential buildings and master planning projects in Toronto, Montreal and the GTA. Ahmed played a key role in developing the Condominiums at Square One District master plan, West Line condo in North York, Victoria Sur le Parc in Montreal & Burke Condominiums in Toronto. Ahmed is well respected by clients and his peers for his design skills and articulate communication. Ahmed holds a Master’s degree in Architecture from the Faculty of Fine Arts at Helwan University in Cairo, Egypt.

Abhishek is a career-driven Architect with 11+ years’ experience on many large-scale architectural and master planning projects. He started his IBI Group journey at the Dubai office in early 2014 as part of the Master planning team. He has contributed towards many large-scale industrial projects in Saudi Arabia with an emphasis on creating a modern and attractive employment / retail destination. In 2018, he chose to go back to his architecture roots and has been part of the high-rise residential team in the Toronto Office. He specializes in concept and schematic design. Some of the notable projects he was involved in are 8 Elm, Olive Residences, North Core, Azura and 8 Wellesley condos in Toronto. Abhishek is currently managing several mid & high-rise mixed-use projects in Toronto and surrounding areas.

Glenn is a well-respected BIM/CADD subject matter expert with 22+ years of experience in both Bentley and Autodesk BIM authoring tools. Glenn leads the development and implementation of BIM standards and procedures for the Infrastructure sector at IBI Group. Glenn has wide-ranging technical experience in multiple engineering disciplines including transportation, traffic, municipal, and land development. This vast experience has given him a considerable working knowledge of specific challenges in each discipline, as well as innovative solutions. Glenn has also delivered training and provided ongoing technical support for OpenRoads Designer and Autodesk Civil 3D in offices across Canada and the USA. He has an excellent understanding of production deliverables and the BIM processes, with the ability to process BIM material in a logical manner and with a long-term philosophy. He is a leader in BIM/CADD development and has built extensive relationships with clients based on his professionalism and expertise.

Kareem is a registered architect and LEED AP with 20 years of experience. He successfully led multiple teams in the delivery of several multimillion-dollar projects in BC and internationally. He possesses exceptional design, analytical, and communication skills, and his areas of expertise include client liaison, concept generation, and sustainable design. Kareem was brought on to contribute extensive wood-frame project experience to IBI’s Living+ team. This includes spearheading internal professional development, bolstering BD efforts, as well as upholding technical standards. Kareem holds a joint master’s degree in Digital Media from UBC, SFU, ECUAD, BCIT, as well as BSc in Architectural Engineering & Environmental Design. He currently sits on the District of Squamish Advisory Design Panel.

Alice Tchakedjian brings 20 years of diverse professional experience within the following areas:

Alice has participated in all phases of project analysis, design, development, execution and site supervision with interdisciplinary coordination and management of small, medium, and large projects.

Keenan Kitasaka is a senior professional engineer with over 36 years of experience including almost 28 years in the public sector and over 8 years as a consultant. Keenan is an expert in Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) and also supports transportation engineering and planning initiatives. He is registered as a P.Eng. in four provinces and actively supports and speaks at conferences in ITS Canada, TAC and other organizations.

Jackie Walton is a software developer with 30 years of experience and joined IBI Group recently to help with the management, support, and maintenance of acquired 511 customers and services. Jackie is excited to learn new technologies in software and systems development and also uses existing skills and knowledge to find solutions to complex requirements and problems. Jackie received a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science (Honours) at the University of Manitoba.

Raymond joined IBI in 2021 and brings with him experience in working in infrastructure, commercial, residential, and large mixed-use development schemes. He is focused on and committed to creating connections and revitalizing urban environments through master planning and urban design to enhance the sense of place and establish social value. He has prepared masterplans and framework plans that have been implemented on both small and large sites in Canada, United Kingdom and Asia. His broad career experience includes transit-oriented developments, redevelopment of emerging urban districts and new towns, city-wide masterplanning strategies, high-density urban infill, streetscape designs, and integration of new rail stations into an existing community. Ray has demonstrated strong client liaison skills and delivered projects from inception to planning approval. Raymond is always seeking to identify opportunities to add value for the clients, and to further the growth of character and place for the projects he is leading.
