Zibby is a transportation planner and licensed engineer whose work focuses on active transportation, complete streets and urban street design. She regularly collaborates on multi-disciplinary teams to bring a pedestrian and cycling perspective to planning and design projects, and is a certified Road Safety Professional (RSP1).

Stephen Moore is an Associate-Manager, Post Construction Services Lead with IBI Group. He has over 13 years experience in the Land Development Industry. Stephen has extensive experience working with the various departments in the City of Edmonton and surrounding municipalities related to post construction management issues such as CCC, FAC, testing requirements, inspections, application co-ordination and tracking. Stephen works with field staff, client’s, contractors and Municipal inspectors to ensure that all CCC and FAC inspections, packages, applications and approvals are completed within an appropriate timeline in order to ensure that client’s letters of credit are reduced and released in a timely manner.

Licensed in 1990, I am a California architect with over 30 years of experience on projects throughout the State, primarily in the central San Joaquin Valley of California. I have experience in a variety of project/building types, with approximately 11 years of experience having been focused on K-12 educational projects with some Community College experience. Other project types include: commercial office, government office, medical office, skilled nursing, industrial warehouse, hospitality, custom homes, single/multi-family residential and farm labor housing. I have designed projects from a predetermined program, as well as, assist the client by assessing their needs and preparing a program to suit situation. My experience includes: facility planning, conceptual design, construction documentation, construction administration and project closeout. My design philosophy focuses on meeting the Client’s need with creative and practical solutions.

Joel has over 10 years of experience in the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) industry. He has worked on multiple high-profile government projects involving systems for audiovisual, security, traffic operation centre technologies, facility and data centre communications infrastructure and cabling design, and outside plant communications design. Joel has been involved in the complete life-cycle of the projects from preliminary design to construction administration. He has taken roles as a Design Lead and Project Manager.

Mr. Medford has over 15 years of experience in site development and municipal engineering projects comprising of residential, commercial, and transportation design. He has worked extensively on transportation infrastructure projects such as bus and train stations; light rail and bus rapid transit systems; ; fleet maintenance and yard facilities; industrial track sidings; and train layover facilities. Other relevant projects include transformer stations, automotive facilities, subdivision design, school expansions, utility relocations, rehabilitation and road reconstruction. His substantial design knowledge and supplement field experience ensures the civil engineering design component is detailed, efficient and constructible. In addition, he is highly proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D and MicroStation.

Mr. Xu directed production teams for preparation of working drawings in large scale projects (Concord Adex Luna, Discovery, Tango, and Omega condominiums, Air Canada Centre Expansion, Yonge Eglinton Centre Expansion to name a few). He was also responsible for the coordination and management of contract administration during construction phases for projects as mentioned above.

Angus Davol has over 20 years of experience in the transportation industry, including consulting, public sector, and academic experience. With IBI Group, he has direct experience in planning and implementation of state-of-the-art transportation technologies, coalition building across a wide range of public agencies, and management of complex multimodal transportation projects. In his prior role as lead planner for transportation technologies and emerging mobility at San Francisco International Airport, he led the development and implementation of new technologies for ground transportation management, including developing industry standards for permitting and operations of Transportation Network Companies at airports. He also has planning and operations experience at Stanford University, where he led planning and program development for the University’s industry-leading transportation demand management, sustainability, transit, and parking programs.

Gennady has over 25 years of experience in architectural technology and design. His past experience includes establishing office quality standards, leading office production teams and operations management. Mr. Kofman has been involved in educational, office, residential, mixed-use, commercial, retail and industrial projects.

Stephen Albanese is an Associate Manager with IBI Group’s Planning practice. Stephen is well-versed in the planning framework guiding land use and development. Supported by a great team of planners, he has successfully obtained/coordinated development and planning approvals for large-scale development projects involving numerous disciplines and teams of sub-consultants. He has undertaken several master planning exercises, policy reviews, statistical analyses, and planning due diligence exercises. In consideration of his development and land use planning experience, Stephen has also completed numerous highest and best-use analyses and represented clients before Council/Committee throughout the public consultation process.

I lead a team of Landscape Architects and Landscape Architectural Professionals in IBI Group’s Hamilton, ON office. We cover a wide range of the Landscape Architecture industry; providing creative, practical and sustainable design solutions for our clients in both public and private sectors.
