Phi Kim Ho received his Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communications Engineering with a second major in Computer Science in 1999. Since then, he has been focused on technology consulting and engineering; receiving his specialty Professional Engineer registration in 2003. Now with over 20 years of industry experience, he brings international perspective to his work, with project experience from Canada, USA, Mexico and UK. As a Practice Lead, Phi is responsible to lead the technology consulting team in designing unified technology solutions involving: ICT, AV, Security, IoT and smart buildings in sectors such as Health Care, higher education, Justice, Corrections, Civic and Workplace. As a Technology Systems Architect, Phi is focused on human experience (HX) centric technology strategic planning and digital transformation. Some of his recent engagements include developing technology strategies for the $1.9 Billion St. Paul’s Hospital Redevelopment in Vancouver CAN, and Michigan Central District’s 30-acre mobility innovation district in Detroit USA.

Geoff Carter joined IBI Group working in the development of our Advanced Traffic Management Systems software with an emphasis on the mapping display functionality. Geoff now leads IBI’s Advanced Traveller Information web and data interface team. Geoff and his team now support IBI traveller information systems that service roughly 25% of the population in the US, with notable active 511 solutions deployed in Massachusetts, Connecticut, New York, Florida, Wisconsin and Los Angeles. Geoff led IBI’s efforts for the deployment of the traveller information web site for the Pan Am games. Mark Bendix is a Director with over 35 years of experience in the management, direction and coordination of large technical groups.
