The development’s goal is to create a corridor of renewed activity along Guest Street through public infrastructure improvements and open green space to promote wellness and healthy active living. The proposed sports facility will provide venues for track, basketball, tennis, and a cutting-edge fitness facility. The site includes a habitable green roof over below-grade parking, a seasonal fitness amenity for the new hotel, and multiple green roofs above office, retail, and sport facilities. The highly accessible community will also feature a new commuter rail station, 750-spaces of underground parking, and 5.3 acres of public open space.

Boston Landing will also feature two world-class training facilities for the NBA’s Boston Celtics and the NHL’s Boston Bruins, which will be shared amongst the community and further strengthen the area’s connection to athletic excellence.

IBI Group is also designing the landscape within the public realm, including a new public street, green space, parallel parking, sidewalks with associated street trees, lighting and site furniture.
