Tony Withall

Tony Withall has over 12 years of land use planning and development experience with residential, commercial and mixed use developments. His responsibilities involve reviewing and interpreting Official Plans, Zoning By-Laws, Site Plan Guidelines and Urban Design Guidelines. He is involved in every aspect of the planning process from conceptual design to application submission and approval coordination. Primarily focusing on commercial developments for several large private Canadian companies, Tony has used his expertise in planning instrument analysis and interpretation, and site design to obtain approval for a large number of QSR restaurants and service stations throughout Ontario.
