Mark Jenkins is an acknowledged specialist in the field of transportation asset management and pavement engineering with a wealth of knowledge in many types of remote sensing and highway surveying techniques. He has spent most of the last decade with IBI Group, working for both government agencies and authorities advising on asset management best practice, innovative technologies/software solutions and managing our Operations Group in the UK.
