Jim Moffatt

Jim Moffatt has a broad based urban land and municipal engineering experience with specific emphasis on greenfield development and urban rehabilitation and renewal. His broader experience includes management of municipal projects in both St. John’s and Ottawa, including three major Neighbourhood Improvement Projects in St. John’s, encompassing all aspects of urban renewal and numerous integrated road, water and sewer projects in Ottawa. Jim is ultimately responsible for all municipal projects carried out in Ottawa and manages the multidisciplinary teams in the design and construction of sewage pumping stations. He is currently the project manager on a major urban land development covering 500 hectares being responsible for all designs, approvals, construction administration and acceptances for a major multi use development in Ottawa.
