Brad Chase

Brad Chase has over 17 years of extensive experience delivering all aspects of multi-storey residential projects. His experience ranges from concept design, design development, planning and marketing, through to delivery of contract documents and final project delivery. As a Project Lead, Brad is responsible for collaborating with the design team to establish and develop the best design and planning concept for the project. Over the past five years Brad has focused on low-rise, multi-unit residential projects specifically designed for an aging population. The building types that fall under this category are seniors apartments, independent living residences, long-term care facilities and memory care facilities.
