Larry Baldwin
Larry has over 20 years of extensive software and systems engineering experience in effectively managing and designing web, mobile, voice, and multi-modal user interface services. Larry has a long career of project and program management as well as web and speech recognition application design and delivery. Larry is a leader for IBI Group’s ATIS practice, having managed multiple 511 deployments as well as having been a creator of the IBI Group 511 IVR platform.
His responsibilities include the oversight of Operations and Maintenance and client management for a substantial number of IBI Group’s 12 Traveler Information deployments. Larry is a visionary in interaction design and is the inventor or co-inventor on multiple user experience design patents. He has been designing and deploying mobile, telematics, web, and in-home speech, touchscreen, and web-browser applications since 1999, always exploring the boundaries and experiences of the Human Computer Interaction. He brings a wealth of deployment and O&M experience as well as strong user experience design understanding.
Larry has managed deployments and operations for the following entities:

These deployments include such complex user interactions as real-time traffic, transit, and weather information. His experience includes designing, deploying, and managing large customer-facing systems for companies such as Expedia.com, Western Wireless and Arch/Page-net which handle multiple millions of customer interactions each year. He is also the Phoenix, AZ Office Lead.
